How many people will be cleaning my home?
We work in teams of two to three people depending on several factors such as scheduling and home size. Each team will have a designated leader responsible for supervision and quality control.
Can I get a maid on the weekend?
Yes. We pride ourselves at being available to satisfy our customers' needs. The schedules change from time to time, so it is important to lock in your appointment time as soon as possible.
Do I need to provide parking space for cleaners?
Yes. If free street parking is not available and you also cannot provide parking space, then parking fee will be added to the bill.
Will I get the same maids every time?
Yes. We will do everything within our power to ensure that you get the same faces everytime. We value ourselves in providing you the maids you have become familiar with.
Will my rate change everytime I use your services?
No. EcoGREEN can arrange a pre-set rate for weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. We work with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with our service and we strive to stay within their budgets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, most major credit cards, interact email payment or paypal. If you decide to pay by credit card or paypal, then you'll need to go to http://www.cleaningservicesvancouverbc.com/ and click on Visa, Mastercard logo on bottom-right side.
What if I need to cancel a cleaning at the last minute?
Due to high volume of work loads, we highly appreciate if you cancel it at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
What do I do with my pets on cleaning day?
Our house cleaners are all "pet friendly" so we will be happy to get to know your pets and let them get used to us. You won't need to lock them up on cleaning day, But if you have a territorial or protective animal that behaves in a threatening manner when the house cleaners show up, we will discuss the matter and come up with a solution that works for all of us. We want your pets to be happy and comfortable, but I also want my employees to be safe.
Do I have to provide the cleaning products and equipment, or do you bring them with you?
It's your choice. We are fully equipped to bring everything we need to thoroughly clean your home, but if you prefer to provide some or all supplies and equipment, that is fine! It's up to you.
What if I am unhappy with the service you provide?
If you are unhappy then so are we. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. If you are unhappy with your particular cleaner we can speak to them for you or find you a replacement cleaner.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
It's up to you. Many customers prefer to give us a key. Or you can leave us a key in a safe place such as a lock-box. Alarm systems can be disarmed or left off on the day of cleaning. The most efficient way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes or a garage door code We will lock up when we are done.
What if I have a special request not covered in your normal cleaning routine?
Just let us know and we will do everything we can to meet your request. We can often work in your request at no additional charge.
